A life-long resident of Connecticut, John is a graduate of Trinity College, Wesleyan University, and the University of Connecticut. His professional career has been dedicated to environmental stewardship and conservation. His first volume of poems, In the Lilac Hour, (Antrim House Books), was published in 2020. John has had a long-standing passion for poetry, and he continues to draw inspiration from the natural world (invariably, it seems, flowers and birds). His poems have been published or will soon be published in Euphony, Moria, Clementine Unbound, Trouvaille Review, Sparks of Calliope, Ariel Chart, Freshwater, and elsewhere.
