Workshop Description

In each of four sessions, writers will find a quiet place for listening and discovering the connection between a poem by an established poet, an image by a well-known artist, and the inner self. Each session will be organized around a theme, such as beginnings, curiosity, wildness, or possibility. Guided by prompts, attendees will then have time to write meditatively. This approach will invite a deeper engagement with process as well as opportunities to share and receive gentle feedback. This workshop is open to writers at all levels and seeks to create a gathering where we can be present to our creativity, to ourselves, and to each other.
